Charcoal Cast – Chunky Silver Ring Jewellery Workshop

A 2 hour workshop where you can learn  how to create a beautiful chunky Sterling Silver ring. Using a charcoal block and carving out a ‘cast’. You will go away with your cast ring.

All materials supplied.

Learn to cast into a charcoal block and cast molten silver into a chunky and unique silver ring. You’ll also learn some basic silversmithing and ring making techniques as well as hammering, sizing a ring and polishing.

Drinks refreshments also provided.

The Wonky Jewellery Studio is based in The Market town of Richmond North Yorkshire, a short distance from the Main town on the Gallowfields trading estate, just along from Richmond Garden Centre.

You do not need any previous experience

Hand tools are used alongside a simple power tool. Safety goggles provided. Toilet and refreshments available.

Workshops are usually held on a daily basis between 11 and 5.30pm. Evenings Upon request. I’m more than happy to cater for other times and days, so just pop me a message.

I also have my studio sidekick, Hugo – a border collie dog who is extremely friendly and likes to be involved with whatever I am doing. If this is a problem, please let me know.
